Graith Internet provides Web page hosting and related services. Graith Internet reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Graith Internet when Graith Internet decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.
Standard web host contracts are to be used by the primary owner only. Web host contract services are defined as allowing a customer to web site content on Graith Internet's web servers. Standard web host contract holders are not permitted to re-sell, store or give away their Graith Internet web host contract services to third parties. Exceptions to this include banners, classified advertisements, and personal advertisements.
Excessive Use Policy
HIGH BANDWIDTH USAGE
Graith Internet maintains high levels of performance for each customer by applying a maximum bandwidth allocation to each web host contract. The limits imposed on bandwidth are specified within each contract package.
HIGH PROCESSOR UTILISATION
Graith Internet offers an unlimited use policy by maintaining very high ratios of processor resources per customer.
In rare cases, Graith Internet may find a customer to be exceeding their allocated bandwidth, or monopolising processor utilisation resources to such an extent that they are jeopardising performance for other customer. In such instances, Graith Internet reserves the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers.

Resources are defined as bandwidth and / or processor utilisation. Graith Internet may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:
What do we charge for the domain-name related services you provide
We include one domain name free with any hosting package. Any additional .uk or .com domain name is charged at £20+VAT per annum.
How do we deal with expired and expiring domain name registrations
Any domain names included with your hosting package will be renewed automatically. We will invoice for your hosting around the 1st of the month of the anniversery of your renewal (the invoice email contains a link to this page and payment indicates acceptance of these terms) . If you don't pay within the 14-days allowed, we will contact you by email or phone to see if you intend to renew. We will make two attempts to do this and will then turn off your website. If you contact us on seeing that, you should be in time to renew your domain name. We will only let your domain name lapse if we can't make contact with you following all these steps. Normally, this would mean you have 80 days to renew your domain name after the invoice has been sent.
How do I renew my domain name?
You don't need to do anything to renew your domain name. Just pay your hosting invoice within 14 days of receipt.
Do I have to pay anything to transfer my domain name?
If you have outstanding invoices, these must be paid first. If you have no outstanding invoices, there are no additional charges to transfer the domain name to another registrar.
All web host contract pricing is guaranteed for the contract term. Graith Internet reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due each anniversary month or period following the date that the account was established. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies Graith Internet in writing for a request for termination of services. All payment should be made in UK £ Sterling.
Graith Internet will not relinquish ownership of web site designs, until they have been paid for in full. Furthermore, Graith Internet reserve the right to prevent the release of domain names and / or the broadcast of web sites and / or the use of email, if invoices are not settled in a timely manner, as specified in the payment terms noted on each invoice.
Graith Internet reserves the right to cancel Web Host services at any time. Fees paid in advance of cancellation will be prorated and paid by Graith Internet if Graith Internet institutes its right of cancellation. If cancellation is caused by the customer's violation of these policies, then no refund will be due.
Customers may cancel their web host contract by giving Graith Internet not less than 90 days written notice of cancellation. All fees outstanding to Graith Internet for the web site contract up to the close of the contract will be prorated and invoiced on receipt of the written notice of cancellation. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be prorated and credited by Graith Internet at the close of the contract.
When Graith Internet registers domain names on behalf of clients, It is the client's duty to notify Graith Internet if the domain name is no longer required, otherwise the domain name will be renewed and invoiced every two years subsequently. If a client wishes to cancel or move a domain name two weeks’ notice is required prior to the renewal date.
The customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Graith Internet harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against Graith Internet, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agree to be performed or any product sold by the customer, its agents, employees or assigns. You commit to provide correct address and company information which is passed to Nominet and other registries for domain names.
Graith Internet have code and website backups kept off-site. We receive emails on multiple devices, so if the office computers were all stolen, we have a plan to keep the business going.
Graith Internet will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Graith Internet makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Graith Internet disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery and any and all service interruptions, howsoever caused. Graith Internet reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Except where explicitly agreed otherwise, Graith Internet retain copyright to all program code, scripts, libraries, database structure and procedures developed by the company. Hosting clients are licensed to use this material whilst it remains on the Graith Internet network or its nominated third parties. Where Graith Internet provide access to this material it is for the purposes of maintaining the clients' website, it must not be downloaded, transferred to any third parties or used for any other purpose.
Images and Client Supplied Materials
Images provided by the client for publishing on their website are deemed to be copyright of the respective owner or that the client has the permission to use the image. The client will indemnify Graith Internet against any copyright claims for the use of any supplied material.
In the case where Graith Internet retouch, re-draw, or otherwise prepare images for hosting the copyright of the image belongs to the client but the prepared image belongs to Graith Internet. Any images, graphics or images, created by Graith Internet, unless expressly stated remain the companies' copyright.
When you have work done by us, the new work is guaranteed by Graith Internet for 90 days after the work is complete. After that, or if the work is not covered by this guarantee, there is a minimum charge which you will be advised of before any investigation starts and if the work will cost more than this charge, you will be advised by email of the fixed price for the work.
